I have been practicing CranioSacral Therapy (CST) with babies, children and adults for 25 years. My journey to CST began with a knee injury that sent me into surgery for an ACL repair. Amazed at my body’s ability to heal itself with exercise, I began studying different healing approaches. In 1996, I received a masters degree in physical therapy from Regis University in Colorado. As a physical therapist I have worked in sports medicine, assisted living, nursing homes and acute care hospital settings.

Early in my career, a colleague introduced me to CranioSacral Therapy and I had a profound physical and emotional reaction that I had not expected. This sparked a healing journey of self awareness and sent me in a new direction personally and professionally. I became passionate about integrating holistic modalities with conventional approaches for myself and others.

In 1998, I moved to Burlington, VT, where I worked as a physical therapist and became certified in CranioSacral Therapy (CST), Resonant Kinesiology and as a Hatha Yoga instructor. My training continued with SomatoEmotional Release, Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy Techniques and Plant Spirit Medicine.

Ultimately, my intention is to help people live empowered relationships with themselves. Through our work together, people develop intuitive strategies and skills that they discover within and often report deep shifts in their life experience after just one session.

One of my greatest joys is working and playing with dolphins. I am truly blessed to practice healing modalities with these incredible beings periodically. Dolphins are amazing healers and this experience weaves into my work with people on land in profound ways.
